View Organizational Alerts

From the System Administration window, click on the Organization Alerts link.  The Organization Alerts tool opens.

Alerts are detailed in the first section of the tool.  You can click on the Sync link for an alert to attempt a sync again.  If there is a high volume of alerts, it may be indicative of a connectivity problem.  If needed, contact your local technical support representative.

At the bottom of the page is the sync request link.  This function is reserved for use at the direction of AFHCAN for diagnostic purposes.
