Full service training solutions

One of the most important elements for a successful adoption of any new product is user training. We provide a wide array of educational opportunities for your users, ranging from simple, hour-long courses on general telehealth principles to complete multi-day courses that "train the trainer" in system integration, IT support, and AFHCAN system administration.

CMEs/CEUs for attending the AFHCAN Telehealth Software training are issued through AFHCAN in conjunction with Alaska Native Medical Center.
Telehealth Training AFHCAN provides customer training in our Anchorage offices for one to ten individuals per session. Working with individuals or small groups allows our trainers to personalize your training. Hands-on training is the most time efficient way for users to become comfortable and proficient in the use of the AFHCAN Telehealth Software and Cart.

If your clinic or group prefers, arrangements can be made to train at your facility or through video-teleconference.

With hands-on exercises and practice opportunities that mirror real life scenarios, AFHCAN training courses benefit the entire workforce

Computer Based Telehealth Training The ability to take the course as time permits, instead of arranging the student’s activities around a class schedule, is a major advantage. AFHCAN’s computer-based training (CBT) is an educational tool designed to give new users a solid introduction to using the AFHCAN Cart. The training covers the same material as our New User Training Course.

The CBT features a multi-media approach to learning that is compatible with a wide range of learning styles. The user interface puts students in control of their learning by allowing them to select topics of interest and progress through the material at their own pace.

Supervisors now have the flexibility to train new employees quickly and efficiently in as little as an hour a day on various modules. Students can refresh their skills when needed, instead of when a trainer is available.
