- Information Technology professionals providing help desk support for AFHCAN software/hardware/network
- Serve as a primary support which includes, first call resolution, logging, dispatch and tracking products and services related to AFHCAN customers
- Provide immediate response to customers IT/IS demands and inquiries in both periodic and/or critical situations
- Ensuring that satisfaction and quality of services are performed continuously to all Telehealth subscribers
- Customer Support personnel are available Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am through 5:00 pm; extended support is available twenty-four hours a day - seven days a week

- First call resolution on AFHCAN software and inventory needs
- Timely, accurate and coordinated dispatch with follow through for customer satisfaction
- Preventative maintenance and monitoring
