 Color Coded Interface
All peripherals on the cart may be selected through an intuitive user interface. Simply pressing the appropriate touchscreen button activates the specific peripheral.

 Video Otoscope
The Welch Allyn 300S video otoscope with ENT probe is mounted on the upper shelf of the cart, allowing the cables to hang free along the side of the cart. This has proven to be an exceptionally robust device, providing excellent images of the ear, mouth, and nasal cavity.

 ECG
ECG capability is supported with the IQMark Digital ECG, manufactured by Midmark Diagnostics. This compact device (5” x 3” x 1”) provides simultaneous 12-lead Interpretive ECG analysis.

 Scanner
The Epson 4490 provides a user-free interface to scanning. The system will do a quick preview of the scanning area, determine the size and type (color image, text, line art, etc.) of the object to be scanned, then set the color depth and resolution of the scan accordingly as it scans the object. This is one of the easiest scanners to use.

Digital Cameras
The AFHCAN cart and AFHCAN software provide an interface for most digital cameras.

Tympanometer plus Audiometer
 The Earscan by Micro Audiometrics provides threshold screening audiometry plus fast and normal speed tympanometry. The tympanometer measures compliance of the ossicular chain, middle ear pressure, ear volume and acoustic reflex. It has an ergonomic and comfortable ear probe. The audiometer performs automatic air conduction threshold hearing tests in seven minutes. It has pure tones with standard headphones and smooth response button. This enclosed unit is extremely durable, reliable and user-friendly. It comes with a three year warranty.

 The Midmark Diagnostics IQmark Spirometer is an extremely easy to use diagnostic tool and is completely integrated with the AFHCAN software. Spirometry is a simple and accurate assessment tool for diagnosis and follow-up of respiratory illness. Spirometry assesses the mechanical properties of the respiratory system by measuring expiratory volumes and flow rates.

Vital Signs Monitor
 The measurement of vital signs plays a fundamental role in medical evaluation and typically includes: blood pressure, pulse, pulse oximetry (O2 saturation), respiratory rate and temperature. Vital sign monitoring devices are appropriate for periodic measurements as well as for continuous monitoring.
