Sending a Case to a Group

When you send a case to a group, you are sending it to a collection of individuals that belong to that group.  The case will be viewable to everyone in a group until it is “taken” by a user in that group.  This allows for more flexibility in addressing cases in a timely manner and allows for cases not to be delayed by one individual being out of the office.
