Procedure

Step 1:  Click the Create Case button at top of left column (or click on the Patients link in the left column).

Step 2:  Search for and select, or create, a real patient or a test patient (this determines the type of case, real or test).

Step 3:  Click the Create Case button located above the patient information area.

Step 4:  Add desired information to the case.
