With a case selected from the inbox, options to print are provided in the preview pane under the Options heading. The print options listed here address two types of printing: Case Summary and Billing Report.

Attachments are printed from the attachment viewer window individually.
To print a case summary:
Step 1: Click on the Print Case link. A print preview of the case summary opens in a separate window.

Step 2: In the upper-left corner is a print icon. Click on the icon. The printer details for your printer open. Adjust settings if needed and print the document.
To print a billing report:
Step 1: Click on the Print Billing Report button. A window opens listing all providers affiliated with a case.

Step 2: Click on the corresponding provider. A billing report opens.
Step 3: In the upper-left corner is a Print icon. Click on the icon. The printer details for your printer open. Adjust settings if needed and print the document.
To print an attachment:
Step 1: Open the attachment viewer window by clicking on an attachment in the preview pane. If the attachment to print is not selected, select it so that it appears in the attachment preview pane.
Depending on the type of attachment, you may need to first click on a Print button. For example, all images have a Print link that must first be selected.

For images, use the Print button.

For documents, use the printer icon.
Step 2: In the upper-left corner is a print icon (you may first need to select the Print button, depending on the attachment type). Click on the icon. The printer details for your printer open. Adjust settings if needed and print the attachment.
