My Settings Tab Details

Edit Provider:  At the bottom of this tabbed window are two options for provider type:  Local or Global.  This distinction becomes important if your organization is tied to other organizations in tConsult.  If you are a local user, only other users in your organization can send a case directly to you.  Users in other organizations will only be able to send cases to global groups you are in.  If you are a global user, then users in other organizations can send cases directly to you.

Case Options:  This tab includes details for email notification preference, case return options, and default recipient.

Change Password:  This tab allows you to change your password by entering your old password and creating a new one.

Some tConsult systems may be configured to work with Windows Active Directory. If this is the case, users log in to the tConsult software with the same login credentials they use for their networked desktop (their Windows login credentials). Since the tConsult system uses Active Directory for user authentication, the only way to change the password is to change it on their desktop system. In systems using Active Directory, the Change Password tab will appear as shown below:

E-Signature:  This tab allows you to add/edit your e-signature passphrase.  Some forms include an e-signature field.  You need to have an e-signature passphrase set in order to complete forms that require it.
