Case creation in tConsult Web can be initiated by clicking on the Create Case button at the top of the left column (the preferred method), or can be initiated by performing a patient search and selecting a patient. (This is in contrast to tConsult Cart, where the case can be created before a patient has been selected.)
In tConsult Web, the type of case (real or test) is selected by selecting the type of patient (real or test).
