Hold a Case

When you have a case in your tConsult profile, you can place it on hold.  Doing so keeps the case in your profile and saves it for action later.  Cases can be placed on hold when they are being created, as well as when reviewing cases sent to you or taken from a group.  Note that you cannot place a case on hold that is sent to your group unless you first take the case.

To place a case on hold:

Step 1:  If you are not already in the case, select the case from your case list.  At the top of the preview pane are transmission buttons.

Step 2:  Click on the Hold button.  A confirmation message will appear.

Step 3:  Click on Put Case on Hold. The case will remain in your profile.  You can view all cases you have on hold by clicking on the On Hold subfolder under your Inbox.
