We are here to help

Here at AFHCAN we understand that our relationships with clients and customers extend well beyond the initial deployment and startup. We have a dedicated staff of technically and clinically trained telemedicine experts available to assist you in answering all of your support questions. Whether your questions are about hardware or software, we are here for you.

Support is available from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday (Alaska Time). We also offer premium, 24/7 support services for an additional fee. Please contact us if you have special needs from our support staff.

Should you encounter an especially difficult hardware or software problem that cannot be resolved over the phone, we do offer on-site support. Our technical support staff is available to travel to your place of business. Feel free to contact us for more details.

Keith joined the AFHCAN team in June 2005 as the Senior Computer Support Specialist. Keith has over 25 years of computer experience on various platforms and applications. Most recently Keith supported Cook Inlet Region, Inc.'s Tourism Division as an Applications Specialist which included traveling to Seward, Whittier Valdez as well as Talkeetna.

He previously worked for ARCO Alaska, Inc. supporting the Human Resources Department as the Systems Analyst which was very demanding and challenging. Another position he held at ARCO was as Contracts Analyst supporting the Materials, Procurement and Contracts Department. In that position he was responsible for writing and negotiating computer software licenses as well as supporting the department's computers and specialized contract database application.

Keith was born and raised in Kenai, Alaska. He enjoys traveling to Kenai to camp, fish and spend time with family and friends.

Prior to joining the AFHCAN team, Kirt’s career accumulated a combined two decades of tenure in Information Technology and Medicine. He comes to us from an 8.5 year position as Chief Information Officer for Life Alaska Donor Services, headquartered here in Anchorage. During that time he designed & implemented their I.T. infrastructure, headed their new building project, & was their head of security. Most recently he was the project leader in designing the implementation of Alaska HB337 which automates a download from the DMV, of citizens who wish to be an organ and tissue donor, into an Alaska Donor Registry database which also integrates into the state’s myAlaska system. Kirt enjoys serving the people of Alaska, loves incorporating technology into daily activities, and is proud to be a part of an innovative environment developing Telehealth Solutions at AFHCAN.

Kirt moved to Alaska in 1997 and had this to say about that decision… “We can’t imagine our home being anywhere else right now.”
