Seeganna’s talk is part of Frontline Behavioral Health, a monthly videoconference series for primary care providers, including physicians, mid-level practitioners, behavioral health clinicians, CHA/Ps and BHAs and CHAs.

Carolyn Seeganna received her Bachelor’s of Arts degree from Wheaton College in Massachusetts in 1992 and her Master’s of Science with honors from the University of Southern Maine College of Nursing. Carolyn is board certified with the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Adult Psychiatric and Mental Health nursing and is licensed in the State of Alaska as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner.  In 1999, Carolyn moved to Nome, Alaska where she worked three years in itinerant psychiatry for community health. In Anchorage, she provided psychiatric services with the Providence Alaska Medical Center Psychiatric Emergency Department for six years. She also worked part-time for Anchorage Community Mental Health Services and the Providence Crisis Recovery Center. She now works in private practice at Willow Medical and Wellness in Anchorage and provides statewide adult psychiatric services with the Telebehavioral Health program at the Alaska Psychiatric Institute.
